Opt-out
This page explains how to opt out of certain communications and how to manage cookie preferences for this website.
1) Email communications
If you receive non-essential emails and want to opt out, you can:
- Reply to the email with “Opt-out” in the subject line, or
- Send a new email to contact@virolab.club with your request and the address to be opted out.
2) Service and administrative messages
If you are actively discussing a request with us, we may still send essential administrative messages (for example, to answer your inquiry or coordinate next steps). These are limited to what is reasonably needed for communication.
3) Cookie preferences
Cookies may be used to support website operation and performance. You can manage cookies in two ways:
- On-site controls (when presented): adjust available cookie options.
- Browser settings: block, delete, or restrict cookies.
Blocking cookies may affect how preferences are saved between visits. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
4) Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting these signals, our response may vary. You can generally control tracking via browser settings and cookie preferences.
5) Requests regarding personal information
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. To submit a request:
- Email contact@virolab.club and describe the request.
- Include enough information to identify you (for example, the email address used in prior communications).
- We may request verification to protect privacy and security.
6) Processing timeframe
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the nature and complexity of the request. Some requests may require additional information or may be limited by applicable law or record-keeping obligations.
If you want to reduce future messages, include the email address you used and specify whether the opt-out is for all non-essential communications.
